Reminders for summer practice - If practice needs to be canceled due to the weather, Coach H will send out a message approximately 45 minutes before the start of practice to let you know. No news is good news.
- Make sure to bring a water bottle YOU can identify
- Make sure to drink WATER during the day, not just the 30 minutes before practice
- Don't eat a lot before evening practices. A light snack 2-3 hours before, then dinner after, if you are able.
- If you are on vacation, or will be, make sure to let Coach H know so that he can give you info for running while you are gone.
