35 min with 4x20 sec strides at the 25 min mark(Angie, Jasmine)
42 min with 4x20 sec strides at the 25 min mark (Lily, Leah, June, Emmaline, Michelle,)
47 min with 4x20 sec strides at 35 min mark(Luke, Grant, Eathen, Jakobi, Ian, Lillian, Manny, Aaron, Skylar, Trevyn, Ayden, Aiden L, Bethany)
73 min with 4x25 sec strides at 50 min mark(Daylen, Heidi, Kaylynn, Sarah, Nathan)
Run #2+ 20 minutes Yoga
22, 29, or 36 min with 4x25 sec strides.
