Weekend Runs Jan 17-20
You have 4 days to do 3 runs. The day you choose as rest is up to you. You choose what day to do each run except for the LONG RUN. That should be either Friday or Saturday.
Choose the number of minutes that applies to what you have been running at practice. Not sure? Send me a message. Don't cheat yourself. Coach H
Run #1 - 26, 31, or 36 minutes with 4x20sec strides.
Run #2 - Long Run - 32, 42, 52, or 72 minutes with 5x30sec strides at the 20, 30, 40, or 55 minute mark. 72 min-Sarah, Daylen, Kaylynn, Heidi, Nathan
Run #3 - 28, 34, or 41 minutes with 4x20sec strides.
