Week of Feb 19th Snow Days - running schedule/cardio alternatives
The rest of this week is going to be a little challenging. If you have a treadmill at home, then use it! If you have another piece of fitness equipment, do whatever you can to get in cardio while we are out. If you do not have cardio equipment, here are some alternatives that you can look up on YouTube and pick something to do. Even if you do not have weights, body weight is better than nothing at all.
HIIT workouts
Tabata workouts
Jump rope
Aerobic/step workouts
Pilates
Go to the gym ONLY if it is safe and the roads are clear.
EVERYONE should be able to get outside by Saturday to run.
Run/Workout #1 + 10 Core Exercises/Tabata. 20 sec on 10 sec off
35 min with 4x20 sec strides at the 25 min mark
42 min with 4x20 sec strides at the 25 min mark
Run/Workout #2 and 3 + 20 minutes Yoga
22, 29, or 36 min with 4x25 sec strides.
Run #4 Long Run(Saturday) + Red Easy
33 minutes - Angie and Jasmine
42 minutes - Lily, Ian, Luke, Skylar, Lillian, Michelle
61 minutes - Aaron, Aiden, Ayden, Bethany, June, Leah, Emmaline, Eathan, Jakobi, Trevyn, Grant, Manny
73 minutes - Sarah, Daylen, Kaylynn, Heidi
