    Thursday-Practice at Luther Lake (Next to CeeBee) 6:30-7:30pm
    Friday and Saturday- Run on your own

    Reminders for summer practice
  • If practice needs to be canceled due to the weather, Coach H will send out a message approximately 45 minutes before the start of practice to let you know. No news is good news.
  • Make sure to bring a water bottle YOU can identify
  • Make sure to drink WATER during the day, not just the 30 minutes before practice
  • Don't eat a lot before evening practices. A light snack 2-3 hours before, then dinner after, if you are able.
  • If you are on vacation, or will be, make sure to let Coach H know so that he can give you info for running while you are gone.
